Over the last several years our development process has focused on
more of the need based issues of our customers. They came to
us with ideas about the way that they needed applications to work
for them and that is exactly what we did. We gave our
customers tools to integrate their applications, streamline their
workflow, and included scalability in the design of those apps.
Today is a new day for our programming services. Over the
next several weeks and months we are going to be able to release new
all inclusive product lines which will be
available and valuable to many different types of industries at very

Triton Series: Water Billing System - The Triton Water
Billing System is one of our most ambitious products to date.
While currently its design is based on water board office needs, it
has the potential to eventually be utilized in all facets of the
utility billing process. At its current stage of development,
services that are expected to be available in the first national
release should include full service billing and payment options,
cash drawer setup with touch screen controls, advanced reporting
modules, and even service order tracking capabilities.
Atlas Series: Applications Built to Support your Company -
Our Atlas series of products are best described as completely custom
applications that help to automate and streamline otherwise time
consuming tasks. Many applications in this series of products,
reduce weekly man hours to a point where the product can usually pay
for itself in the first six to twelve months alone.
Applications of this type normally have a rollout time from time of
conception to final release and can be built for nearly situation.
We can build applications to import and export data Microsoft Office
applications to other applications, interface with bookkeeping
software such as Intuit's QuickBooks or Sage's MAS 90 products, or
even just track data that is manually entered. The Atlas
series is one of the most versatile and customized product line
available.

Trouble Ticket System - Currently in beta testing, our
Trouble Tix is generating a lot of chatter among our clients.
Originally designed as an inner office tool used to track our
workflow and customer contact information, as well as our
outstanding customer service tickets, it has quickly become a hot
commodity. And because of this reaction, we will soon be
releasing the full version to the public.
Trouble Tix is a network application with a centralized database
that all users in a workgroup can access simultaneously make changes
to and view their customer contact info or service ticket requests.
It has a friendly user interface with hierarchical security
permissions. Employees can be given permission to modify any
aspect of the database or be restricted to simply viewing that data.
The application is small so it won't bog down network performance,
and it is built on the back of Microsoft's VB.Net, so its stable.
We expect to release this by the end of the year.
Transportation Products - Our transportation products are
custom built application designed for public transit systems and
trucking companies. These applications are great way to keep
up vehicle and driver statistical information. For example,
trip mileage, oil changes, worn out vehicle parts, hours worked,
freight, and really anything else that needs to be tracked.
